Admission Requirements

Chengzhu Mandarin Kindergarten admits children aged 3 to 6 years old.

To qualify for admission to a particular group, a child must be deemed by the Head of Centre, at the time of the application, to have sufficient maturity for the child to benefit the programme.

What We Offer

Chengzhu Nursery 1 for children who are turning three the year they are admitted to the level.

Chengzhu Nursery 2 for children who are turning four.

Chengzhu Kindergarten 1 for children between the ages of four and five.

Chengzhu Kindergarten 2 for children between the ages of five and six.

Operating Hours

Our educational programme takes place from Monday to Friday at the hours stated below :

Nursery 1 and Nursery 2

A.M. session : 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2

A.M. session : 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Ratio

NURSERY 1 :

Up to 12 children in each class with two teachers
1 Chinese Language teacher,
1 assistant teacher

NURSERY 2 :

Up to 14 children in each class with two teachers
1 Chinese Language teacher,
1 assistant teacher

KINDERGARTEN 1 :

Up to 14 children in each class with two teachers
1 Chinese Language teacher,
1 assistant teacher

KINDERGARTEN 2 :

Up to 16 children in each class with two teachers
1 Chinese Language teacher,
1 assistant teacher

Application Process

The application process for Chengzhu Mandarin Kindergarten is as follows:

Step 1

Parents are to complete the Application Form and submit the form to our Programme Coordinators at the Mont’ Kiara centre.

Step 2

We will schedule a Pre-admission Interview for prospective students. Admission of a student into Chengzhu Mandarin Kindergarten is subject to the availability of spaces, and the outcome of the interview.

Step 3

If the application is successful, Chengzhu Mandarin Kindergarten will issue an Offer Letter to the student. The acceptance of the offer will be confirmed with the payment of the registration fees as required in the Offer Letter.
